About Us

I am an IB Mathematics teacher and have been teaching for over 10 years. I have taught the IB DP Mathematics: Analysis & Approaches SL and HL course, as well as the IB DP Mathematics: Applications & Interpretations SL course.

I hold an undergraduate degree and several master’s degrees from the University of Oxford, Imperial College London, and the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. I love to learn, which is why I love to teach.

During my time teaching, I have worked with hundreds of students at every level and noticed that the biggest struggle they face in mathematics is connecting different ideas. The ability to link various concepts is what enables students to consistently achieve the top grades. I decided to create an intensive course so students can revisit the entire Analysis and Approaches or Applications and Interpretations course in a short period of time. This helps keep the key ideas fresh in their minds, strengthening their ability to recall concepts. Ultimately, this allows them to make important connections between topics, deepening their understanding of the course and improving their performance.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading about history, politics and philosophy. I also like to write about health and education for young people. I love learning languages – I am currently studying Arabic, French, and German. I enjoy sport and staying active, and often go on hikes with my family. I hope to start Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu soon!
